Age UK Activities

Age UK run the following groups for people aged 50+ at the Old Schoolhouse.
Woodcote Film Club - The fourth Wednesday every month 2-4pm. Tea/coffee, cake and a film. £3.50.
Woodcote Golden Age - The second Tuesday every month 2-4pm. A social group with tea/coffee, cake and a programme of activities and speakers. £2.50.

Over 50s Mind Health & Body Sessions

Supported by Oxfordshire County Council and Age Concern Oxon, Wallingford School, a sports specialist college, is hosting ‘Mind Health and Body’ sessions for the over 50s from 1.30 - 3.00pm on Fridays, starting on 6th June 2008. Activities could include computing, photography, art, exercise, dancing and table tennis. The students are very keen and open to suggestions. The numbers will be limited, so to reserve a place or to find out more, please ring Barbara Jordan on 01844 217904.

South Oxfordshire Archaeological Group

Windmill Sales

Windmill Sales are Nearly New Sales of children's games, toys, nursery equipment, maternity and children's clothes. Items are sold on the basis of 75% to the donor and 25% given to a different cause each time. In 2018 they will be held on 4th May, 21st September and 7th December.

Womens Institute

Please come along and join us at 2.30pm on the third Wednesday in every month in the Village Hall (except August). We are an extremely friendly WI of 39 members. Visitors and new members are always welcome.

Woodcote Charitable

The Associations major fund raising event is the annual Woodcote Rally, the proceeds of which are donated to local charities and organizations. For further details please contact Mrs Stephanie Waite - 01491 681285.

Woodcote Conservation Group

The Woodcote Conservation Group is involved in maintaining and protecting the characteristic features of the village's environment, and in promoting awareness and appreciation of our local plants, creatures and habitats. We organise regular working-parties, help out with national and local surveys, and hold public talks on topics of local environmental interest. New members always welcome. Woodcote Festival

Saturday 12th September 2015. This is a 'not for profit' village event, run by the village, for the village. We welcome your participation or involvement at any level. Together let's make this a fun event for the whole family! This year we plan to incorporate a few new attractions!

Woodcote Rally

The 55th Woodcote Rally will be held on the weekend of 14th to 15th July 2018.
