The SHLAA is the Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment produced by SODC to identify as many sites as possible with housing potential in and around settlements in the district. In total 17 were produced by SODC: one for each of the towns and larger villages in the District. Woodcote's SHLAA is number 17. A copy can be found here.
The SHLAA does not determine whether a site should be allocated for housing development. It is merely a list of potential sites.
The SHLAA is not a complete list - additions can be made at any time. If you have land in the Parish that has the potential for housing, and its not already on the SHLAA, please contact the Site Identification Sub Committee for initial discussions about whether to consider the land as part of the Neighbourhood Plan.
